Everyone has their own unique story and needs. Therefore, our therapeutic work will be based on what you are facing now, your history and your strengths. Whether you are struggling to manage anxiety, a single experience or longer history of trauma, depression or other difficulties, we will work together to develop a dynamic and meaningful relationship in which to restore your functioning, and most importantly, to bring about healing and growth.
My specialties include anxiety and trauma and I use a compassionate and personal, yet scientifically rooted approach help clients to develop healthy coping and to repair one’s relationship with themselves.
I use mindfulness, CBT, trauma informed therapy, and EMDR in my practice.
EMDR is used in ongoing therapy when appropriate but also available as an adjunct service to those individuals already working in an established therapeutic relationship with another therapist.
I work with individual adult clients.
